Project Summary/About this Project: How to show footfall traffic across MLS properties to better inform real estate agents about the activity going on within an area; Provide actionable data points to serve as the basis for digital advertising campaigns.
The challenge: A lot of time was spent interviewing real estate agents at various levels. Across my interviews with agents, several shared ‘pain points’ became apparent when it came to agents wanting to stay in touch with their contacts as well as having the upper hand in market trends.
Solution: Create a self-service product that showcases real-time footfall traffic to MLS locations, meaningful data & reporting, digital advertising pathway
Results: beewo is truly an innovative product that’s going to disrupt the real estate market. Happy to talk more about this in person.
